Exodus 16:31

SVEn het huis Israels noemde deszelfs naam Man; en het was als korianderzaad, wit, en de smaak daarvan was als honigkoeken.

wayyiqərə’û ḇêṯ-yiśərā’ēl ’eṯ-šəmwō mān wəhû’ kəzera‘ gaḏ lāḇān wəṭa‘əmwō kəṣapîḥiṯ biḏəḇāš:


ACלא ויקראו בית ישראל את שמו מן והוא כזרע גד לבן וטעמו כצפיחת בדבש
ASVAnd the house of Israel called the name thereof Manna: and it was like coriander seed, white; and the taste of it was like wafers [made] with honey.
BEAnd this bread was named manna by Israel: it was white, like a grain seed, and its taste was like cakes made with honey.
